It is my honor and privilege to work with expectant families as a doula. I have supported parents and babies in birth since 2010, receiving my certification from DONA International in February, 2013. As a certified doula, I am committed to providing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual support to mothers and their partners before birth, in labor, and through delivery.

Each family I join in this amazing experience is uniquely different. Subsequently, I take great joy in tailoring my services and presence to the needs of each couple and their baby. The process of birth is so incredibly beautiful–everyone deserves the chance to experience the birth they have hoped for, and I delight in encouraging couples to envision their ideal birth experience. Together, we work to plan and prepare according to the family’s wishes, and together, we celebrate new life as it arrives peacefully, powerfully, gracefully into this world.

As a mom to three little ones, I am currently taking doula clients on a case by case basis and not on a set/full time schedule. I am also available to consult couples who would like to discuss birth preparations (questions, concerns, dreams, plans, etc.), but who may not be interested in hiring a doula at this time.
